Hi I like the fact that you have done something to help people with adsense, I have had 46 page impressions and no clicks on my ads, theres just no way, is it possible that I am having a problem with my adsense account. I recall seeing something about my page not being verified with adsense and blogger. Please help me.
You have only 46 impressions. If you get a click, that would be a very good performance. It is not likely to anything to do with the page not being verified with adsense or blogger.
You must try to get more traffic to your account. I am assuming that you do not have a traffic counter and you do not know how many people are visiting your blog. It is useful to know that and to know how and from where they are coming from. I suggest you install a hit counter to your blog. This post will show how to install a hit counter to your blog: How to track visitors to your blog. (I am assuming that your are using Blogger classic. If are using Blogger Beta, there is an even easier way to do it. I will update that post to show people how to add a traffic counter to a Blogger Beta blog soon)
Also, read this post on how to increase traffic to their blog: How to build traffic to your blog. Do take part actively in forums. Ask questions or better, answer people's questions and leave a signature line with a link/s to your blog/s. Google for a forum for wine brewery or other suitable forums.
You have this in your Homebrew Winery Project blog: "If I get some viewers I will continue writing up the process of wine making". A description will not help you get more traffic to your blog because especially the title, and the description is used by search engines to figure out what your blog is all about, the up the list of importance is the title and the description. Change it to something like "This blog is to help home brewers brew their wine bette" or something like this.
I visited your Homebrew Winery Project blog. You are likely using Firefox and not Internet Explorer. This is the most likely reason why you don't seem to be aware of this problem: your sidebar has slid to the bottom of the page. Read post What to do when sidebar is pushed to the bottom of the page.
The most likely reason for this is your photos. Many of them are too wide for the main column. See post Uploading and manipulating photos
