Nothing is ever static, especially Google Blogger support and Google AdSense support and how they can be contacted. The posts above are probably out of date by now. Previously I could contact AdSense Support and get a prompt response. Not any more. I just get directed to the Help files and the official Google AdSense Help group.
If your account is suspended because of invalid clicks, try Invalid Clicks Appeal Form. However, before you contact them, I think it will do you good to read What to do if your Google AdSense account is suspended for insight as to how you should word your appeal.
