Some blogs are stand alone online merchant. An example is Good Online Pharmacy

This online pharmacy is actually a blog using Blogger custom domain and from its URL:

http://www.reliableonlinepharmacy.com/

you will not be able to tell it is a blog as there is no tell tale .blogspot.com in its URL, unlike Google AdSense blog.
